If you are not ready to engage us fully and take our advice, it’s highly likely that your marketing attempts will fail and it’ll ruin our record.  So, we’re going to want to make sure that you are committed to the projects success,you believe that its achievable and your ready to grow your business.

How much?

Once we have an idea of what you want to achieve and priorities we can outline a solution to fit. At this point there’s a focus on what you want to budget, upfront and ongoing.

There’s always flexibility about how we can structure payment and we can find a solution that works together.

A general rule for business is that approximately 5% should be invested in your marketing budget.

Will I own the work?

Of course, once the project is complete and payment is processed it’s all yours. (Unless we have another agreement in place with you).

We are not able to handover any work that we have contributed to or completed until all monies are received and we reserve the right to maintain access to this until this is completed.

(Additional charges may be incurred for any additional effort we have to provide to wrap up unfinished work).

 

Communication

We will maintain ongoing communication with you via preferred channels like  email/chat/skype/phone throughout the engagement.

Understanding that everyone has different priorities and distractions and sometimes things get missed..it’s important that we work together though to meet your outcomes, so regular catch-ups with scheduled times are preferred.

If there are any challenges with communication, please discuss as soon as you can. We are always open to feedback/discussions and clarity about expectations to ensure our relationship remains mutually beneficial and long-term. Misunderstandings should never go unresolved.

What if there’s a problem?

Really? Hopefully this is never an issue as if we were’t a good fit we should never have started working together…

As mentioned lots on this page we will always try to work with you.

You will be expected to pay reasonable costs for the amount of effort and work that has already been given to your project. We can work through this together or find an independent person with skills to help us resolve it.
